Our treasured identity as Americans has been wrenched from us and diluted until it no longer holds the same significance. It is our responsibility to restore our precious identity once more.
The purpose of this article is to inform the Citizens of the United States of America that our sovereignty is in peril. Not everyone believes in the value or importance of our constitution. Some are in positions of authority and power and can and will do great harm to our nation if left unchecked.
The following statements are absolutely true. I have sourced my writing so that you can verify it for yourself. Once you read and explore the links, you will better understand the perilous circumstances of our nation faces today.
Here is the simple truth:
All Peoples of the Western Hemisphere are now being called Americans by the elite power structure. In treaties, documents, declarations, speeches, media reports, government, academia, and non-governmental organizations.
All nations of the Hemisphere are called STATES in the Americas. The OAS or Organization of American States has a membership of 35 countries. The United States of America is a member of the OAS. In decisions of policy making the United States is one vote of 35. In most cases a vote of two-thirds of the members is all that is needed to move a declaration forward. The OAS is an agency of the United Nations and is authorized to act by the Summit of the Americas institution.
While people are talking about a North American Union conspiracy, they are missing the fact that a fully integrated hemisphere much like the European Union has already been formed. Treaties have been signed. Membership has been established. If you read nothing else, go down to the links at the bottom of this article and explore them. You will see that all that I have written will be confirmed there.
As a faithful Citizen of the United States of America and a USAF Veteran, I have lived my life with the absolute knowledge that as Americans we have a system of government, brilliantly conceived by our Founders, and guaranteed by our Constitution. With this simple truth the destiny of our country and her Citizens are protected.
By this truth we have been raised and have raised our children. It is an ideal young men and women for generations have fought and died to protect. In a world of perpetual danger, a world so often without reason or consistency, this knowledge is our rock. Our constitution, our culture and our identity is our way of life.
We, as Americans embrace our unique identity as a melting pot, assimilating the many into the one - a nation indivisible. In this context I set forth in search of answers to questions I had not been able to reconcile about the state of our domestic affairs today. What I have come to understand has shattered my sense of stability, shaken my respect for many American legislators, and destroyed belief I had in their integrity and honor in the protection of our national sovereignty. As a faithful American, I am infuriated!
If you have tried to speak with your Representative lately, you may have come away convinced your concerns have not been seriously considered. The politicos, who once courted your vote, and made the pretense of caring about you, now seem too preoccupied by other obligations to feign interest in your frustrations. With unprecedented arrogance, Citizens of the United States of America are being shown the door and given a deaf ear. It would seem our legislators have bigger fish to fry than to worry about the concern of the American Citizen.
They have. Much bigger fish!
A constant outcry can be heard from citizens who seem more baffled and frustrated daily by the lack of simple common sense measures that could be taken so easily to secure our country, prosperity and citizens. We know what needs to be done and we have made ourselves very clear time and again. And, yet nothing changes for the better. Things consistently change for the worse. One might even speculate the worsening condition of the American way of life is intentional. But, why would that be desirable and who benefits?
If you correctly surmise your best interests are no longer being served by many in government sworn to protect and your well being is no longer their first priority, it is because the Citizen of the United States of America and the United States Constitution are no longer a real factor in the grand scheme of things.
With a heavy heart and an outraged spirit I pass on to you information I have discovered, substantiating all I am about to share with you. I believe every Citizen of the United States of America has a right to know the truth.
Time is of the essence. While we were dutifully serving our country in her defense, educating ourselves to prosper, raising our young ones to say the Pledge of Allegiance with pride and certainty, ‘Grand Schemers’ have been formulating the foundation for treachery against the U.S.A. In the ‘Grand Scheme’, our constitution is outdated, outmoded, and an unnecessary hindrance.
There is a reason. There is an expected outcome. And it is not good.

All 35 independent countries of the Americas have ratified the OAS Charter and belong to the Organization. Cuba remains a member, but its government has been excluded from participation in the OAS since 1962.

Confident that the true significance of American solidarity and good neighborliness can only mean the consolidation on this continent,
The Organization of American States, in order to put into practice the principles on which it is founded and to fulfill its regional obligations under the Charter of the United Nations,
There is a reason for our economic meltdown and the resultant deterioration of our middle class. Our jobs are being exported to every third world country on the planet enriching them, draining our treasure and dissolving our manufacturing capabilities at an astounding and terrifying rate. We are accepting dangerous and substandard goods from third world economies breaking the back of U.S. corporations who cannot compete with unfair trading policies and practices. OAS trading agreements favor poorer nations. This practice is a redistribution of wealth and it is very intentional.
From the Charter of the OAS:
Article 34
The Member States agree that equality of opportunity, the elimination of extreme poverty, equitable distribution of wealth and income and the full participation of their peoples in decisions relating to their own development are, among others, basic objectives of integral development. To achieve them, they likewise agree to devote their utmost efforts to accomplishing the following basic goals:
Equitable distribution of national income;
Article 40
The Member States reaffirm the principle that when the more developed countries grant concessions in international trade agreements that lower or eliminate tariffs or other barriers to foreign trade so that they benefit the less developed countries, they should not expect reciprocal concessions from those countries that are incompatible with their economic development, financial, and trade needs.
There is a reason Citizens of the United States of America are treated with a heavy hand under our rule of law, while encroachers, marauders, and infiltrators pour over our borders, from unknown destinations, at an alarming rate. Americans, burdened with intrusive laws that strain the limits of sovereignty, are at the same time being forced to dodge drunken, unlicensed, unregistered, illegal aliens on our roadways, fight for jobs at depressed wages and spend fortunes trying to restore credit when personal identity has been stolen.
There is a reason every effort is being made to give voting rights to foreign nationals. An assortment of organizations with agendas will work to break the spine of a small town like Hazelton Pa. with a league of lawyers and unlimited funds. Safe Havens are being established in our towns and cities giving privileges and tax dollars to unidentified, sometimes dangerous unknown foreign nationals. Illegal aliens feel entitled to protest in our nation, flying the flags of their homelands above our up-ended American Flag in a statement of dominance. Americans are dying on American soil, every day at the hands of illegal aliens and yet we are unrepresented in our grief, our confusion and our rage.

All cultures are, legally and socially, of equal importance. No people may be renamed, relocated, or assimilated into another culture without such initiatives emanating from collective decisions taken within the communities themselves in the free exercise of their civil and political rights, without prejudice to all human rights enshrined in national and international laws.

The Member States recognize that, in order to facilitate the process of Latin American regional integration, it is necessary to harmonize the social legislation of the developing countries,
There is a reason we are giving billions in foreign aid to impoverished countries while American families struggle to hold onto our homes and parents struggle to keep jobs to preserve any potential for a secure future for their children.

The Member States agree that technical and financial cooperation that seeks to promote regional economic integration should be based on the principle of harmonious, balanced, and efficient development, with particular attention to the relatively less-developed countries
There is a reason dangerous Mexican trucks are on our roads despite the best efforts of a few in our Congress to stop them. Despite the outcry of truckers already burdened by excessive gas prices and despite the cries of citizens, afraid for their safety on the roads.
There is a reason our lands are being confiscated by eminent domain for the building of infrastructure, benefiting everyone but the American citizen. Foreign entities without a stake in the well being of Americans are becoming enriched while we are being ripped from our homes in a heart wrenching, ruthless manner
From the Charter of the OAS:
Article 42
The Member States recognize that integration of the developing countries of the Hemisphere is one of the objectives of the inter-American system and, therefore, shall orient their efforts and take the necessary measures to accelerate the integration process, with a view to establishing a Latin American common market in the shortest possible time.
There is a reason words like ‘xenophobia’, ‘racist’ and ‘intolerance’ are thrown around with such ease, marking and silencing the accused with an overused hate label. There is a reason groups remaining unassimilated, balkanize our fracturing nation by gathering in large numbers to lobby our American lawmakers as Americans struggle to protect our culture never fully understanding the forces gathering against us. Anyone concerned with national sovereignty and unsecured borders is an obstacle to the integration of the hemisphere and is contrary to the thinking of the integration minded.

The spiritual unity of the continent is based on respect for the cultural values of the American countries and requires their close cooperation for the high purposes of civilization;
There is a reason our hospitals are closing from exhausted finances after being forced to care for those who came without invitation and stay without welcome. Our schools are overcrowded and falling apart and our children have no understanding of the basic principles of our Constitution and the history of America. Education has become so agenda driven, dangerous, and devoid of content that children drop out in utter hopelessness and desperation. The OAS plan is for a Universal Health Care plan and a Universal Educational Program.

All peoples are entitled to health. The states undertake to provide their citizens with universal and comprehensive primary health care, at no cost.
Education shall be rooted in the principles of universality, pluralism, freedom, equity, relevance, quality, justice, and training for employment and for life.
From the Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man
Right to education, Article XII:
Every person has the right to an education, which should be based on the principles of liberty, morality and human solidarity.
Citizens of the United States of America, My brothers and sisters:
Reasons do exist for the intended demise of our sovereign nation. The answer for this is the unanticipated pride and patriotism of the Citizen of the United States of America.
Bringing an end to the era of silence and complacency, Americans can and must keep our country strong and sovereign under the Constitution of the United States as intended. We must gather the strength of the Founding Fathers to take back what rightfully belongs to every citizen.
While we have been betrayed by some in our government, it is important to note that there are also those who have fought against this tide of national destruction. They have been honest and faithful in their service but their voices have often been silenced and ridiculed. They must have our support. The fact that we have not yet lost our nation is a testimony to their efforts.
We must make very clear to those in government, in no uncertain terms, if they do not represent and, at all times, work for the good of the Citizen of the United States of America then we will identify them without exception and remove them from office.
Globalists have forgotten the pride and deeply patriotic spirit of the Citizen of the United States of America when united in resolve. So sure are they of our people’s weakness and complacency they have not anticipated our strength and they have mistaken our silence for acceptance and that is to their detriment.
We must reassert our Authority as Citizens of the United States of America by insisting on input and demanding oversight. Accountability and vigilance must be restored.
The next time you listen to a politician, the media, big business or academia, Remember the facts listed below and listen in this context. You will hear a very different message.
- All Peoples of the Western Hemisphere are now being called Americans.
- All nations of the Hemisphere are called STATES in the Americas.
- The United States of America is ONE state of thirty-five in the Organization of American States.
Politicians, big business, media, academia and agenda driven organizations are not speaking exclusively to the Citizens of the United States of America, or our Nation. They are speaking to the peoples of the Americas in the whole of the Western Hemisphere.
They know when they say Americans and America that we assume that they mean the Citizens of the United States of America and the Nation of the United States of America but we are incorrect in that assumption and they have done nothing to correct this misunderstanding for their own purposes.
When you have seen the Legislation, Plans of Actions, Declarations and Treaties, you will see the foundations that they are laying to combine us into a conglomerate of homogenized peoples with allegiance only to their Grand Scheme… that of a single democratic hemispheric unit. Do not take my word for this. The links at the bottom of the page will take you right to the documents and plans.
This framework they have worked so diligently to build may seem insurmountable; I assure you it is not. It is a house built on a foundation of sand and therefore it can be eroded. We have a constitution as of the writing of this article and that is the only true law of our land, just as it was intended to be.
I humbly ask that you pass this information via this article to everyone and anyone you can. Leave no Citizen of the United States of America uninformed. I have only begun to share what I have learned. I will continue in my efforts to expose this power structure that has our national sovereignty by the throat.
My hope is, knowledge being power, this information can help to heal the wounds of our nation. Our fellow citizens must be informed and empowered. That is my objective and my only goal.

In short, my message is this: our Presidents, and Vice Presidents are supposed to be elected by our Electors. Our Electors are supposed to be chosen by us democratically according to each state’s laws and practice. The modern “presidency” is an empty shell
Ever since a resturcturing under the Truman administration (unlike, FDR, Patton and McArthur, Truman was truly a Marxist commie lover), the power to control the levers of “national security” has been quietly moved to the office of the V.P.
The post-Truman new deal is this — the Marxist bankers “finance” the elections of the “candidates,” in exchange for which they (the bankers!) get to nominate the V.P. This all occurs by unseen action from a back room. As an institution, the vice-presidency now controls the CIA and the Pentagon. Together, they run the Marxist PsyOps operations which leave us in a perpetuate state of crisis, which then energizes the “emergency war powers” of the candidate president. (The grant of powers to the V.P., whereby its office controls the “Military- Industrial- Banking- Corporate- Congressional” Complex, e.g. the apparatus of “national security,” was also unconstitutional.)
We are supposed to be a constitutional republic. Our President is supposed to be elected by OUR Electors, who we select from our districts, by name, and who we give time, money and powers to, to do their due diligence investigations, which none of us can do alone, and to think about, and talk with other Electors, about who would make a good leader. Thus the due diligence investigations and dialogs of the college of OUR Electors, elected by us, was intended to supplant the tiring lies which “our” unelected “media” feeds to us, like we are ignorant little pigs.
When it comes to selection of a U.S. President, and our Senators as well, democracy is the ENEMY of a republic. It is the end of individual rights. Democracy is nothing other than SURRENDER — of sovereign powers to carefully and with due diligence elect our President. In a media-controlled democracy, these powers of investigation, due diligence, and THINKING in a college of OUR Electors, are surrendered to information and PsyOps lies, which are fed to us like an ignorante mob of humanity, by our Marxist controlled Media.
When our Electors, who we are supposed elect by name, and by local reputation, based on their integrity, and their understanding of our Constitution, and their ability to think, investigate, dialog with fellow Electors from other districts, in a collegial way, and to act with lawful power of appointment to chose our CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT, are supplanted by “media figureheads,” who are not elected by us, nor do they answer to us, nor do we know where they live and where their children go to school. When we do not know the names of our Electors, we turn our backs on our Constitution. At that point, we have already surrendered. (The issue of vote fraud with electronic voting machines is an irrelevant
red herring. Even with all paper ballot plexiglass boxes, Democracy is a form of surrender to a media, which will always be foreign controlled.)
Because the V.P. is in fact more powerful than the President, in terms of his direct control of the CIA and the Pentagon (whose top management levels are populated 100% by dual-passport MARXISTS, or by compromised pedophiles) it is not impossible that Joe Liebermann, the Senator from Tel Aviv, the Senator who gave us Michael Cjerkoff, a Marxist homosexual, will be chosen by the bankers to be their V.P. candidate for both parties — we live in strange times. After bankrupting us, the banker-owners will turn to their industrial darling, Communist China, whose industries were built with financing from Wall St., to get their bread buttered. Meanwhile, five Dolphin class Israeli submarines, eash with 640mm torpedo tubes launching 24 nuclear armed supersonic Israeli cruise missiles, will destroy the capital and next largest city in each state, creating a “Total Katrina Effect” to finish us off, while are armed forces and all 50 national guards and their equipment are gathered in a single zone, protected by the safety of a stripe of green paint, are wiped out by a nuclear strike from Israeli Liberty-ship jets which fly over the green zone daily. The Marxist bankers behind the Federal Reserve (which is a financially and politically impotent smoke screen for the member bankers who hide behind it) will then get what they want — the destruction of our Constitution.

What statute or languiage usus, in your opinion, gives the denizens of the United States the exclusive right to call themselves “the Americans”? As opposed to say Canadians, who apparently should refrain from devulging that they live in America, too?
Denizens of the great United States should come up with something better than misappropriation of the overly general “American,” as if everyone else on this continent lived somewhere else.

What that really means is of the Americas.

This has been happening for about 60 years. How do you stop this? Reverse it? I grew up with the OAS ringing in my head through the media. All of us alive have been. We have been thoroughly conditioned. 99% of Americans and Canadians don’t give a hoot. 99.999% of Mexicans are clueless. Those who nurture this have no doubts whatsoever that the final melding of the nations will go off without a hitch and there won’t be any outcry worth hearing.

Yes, we can also be referred to “Th United States” but when people say “American” I can’t think of a single one who would think of a resident of Canada, Mexico, Brazil, or Chile, than a resident of the Unites States of America.
Also, I wanted to note your misuse of the word “denizen” which would be better applied to the articles referring to illegal immigration: people occupying a land, as opposed to the “Citizens” of our two great nations, who participate in the political process, pay taxes, and assimilate into our respective cultures.

If I believed for even a moment that it was already too late to do anything positive, I wouldn’t have bothered writing this article. The truth is, there are many things that we can do through lawful, peaceful, means to effect change. I want to spare my country harm not be a part of it. I believe that the Citizen hasn’t been given enough information to understand the problems and to effectively demand change. This article is NOT a call to arms. It is a rally cry to activism. This is not a left or right issue. It is not an issue of race. It is not an issue of hate or destructiveness. It is about informing the public, encouraging the average citizen to wake up, speak up, vote and make a difference. We must be smarter then to react impulsively. We must use the power of our voice, and our vote to get the attention of all those who have ignored us far too long. To have power, we must have credibility, information, focus, good intentions and active loud citizens who are tired of standing in the shadows while others decide our destiny.

For fifteen years I’ve been watching people with credibility be ignored by the news media and the sheeple. Political action has made things better, in some ways, while the nation’s sovereignty and our Liberty continues to be eroded in one thousand other ways. I know people who’ve been fighting this war for decades without real resolution.
What good that has been done can be undone by one congress, one court decision, or another ‘act of terror,’ or economic collapse, giving our ENEMIES the excuse to speed up their plans.

I applaud your activism CJ. I’m a disabled Vietnam-era vet who was “awakened” right after 9/11/01, when someone mailed me a “Deception Dollar”, and I followed the links printed thereon. Since then I’ve sent thousands of letters to my federally elected officials, and I phoned their offices and spoken to thewir staffers on hundreds of occasions. I still do both.
Anyone who is paying attention to what is going on in America, knows that the globalists (or fascists, nazis, neocons, Bildebergers, Bohemiam Grove-ists, CFR members, Illuminati, Federal Reserve Bankers — or whatever you want to call these enemies of America and our Constitution) are very busy in hyper-mode taking our country, our sovreignty, our Dollar, and our Constitution - all down the crapper.
Can this all be turned around by peaceful activism? Can we restore our nation? Anything is possible IMHO, but unfortunately I believe that it is virtually impossible to change anything at the ballot box as it has already been proven to be rigged. Combine that with a complacent mainstream US media much more interested in parroting the lies which emanate from DC than in actually doing any investigative journalism - let alone any reporting of truth - and this country is screwed indeed. Top that all off with a federal government that is corrupt and criminal to say the least — and that is a toxic combination.
Add on top of all of that the vast majority of Americans who are “sheeple” and placated by the stage-managed theatrics of this year’s presidential campaign — and we’re doubly screwed. These sheeple get their news from the corporate managed collusive media, so they have no idea what is going on.
So, what do we have in America? We have a totally corrupt federal government (with rare exceptions like Ron Paul, Cynthia McKinney and others) who are bought and paid for by corporate interests — combine that with a collusive lamestream US media pandering to the wishes of our criminal government, and add in a nation of sheeple suffering from arrogance, apathy, and ignorance — and that toxic stew does not bode well for any Constitutional-based future for this country.
I know from first hand experience that our federally elected officials do not give a hoot what we Americans want — unless you are in favor of a globalist one-world government future. Can we change the future of America through peaceful means? Well, I’ve communicated with thousands of activists who with rare exception, never get their way on anything important. They are fed up, and so am I.
Do I hope that we activists can bring about peaceful change in America? Of course I do. Do I believe that that will happen? No way.
For me, I’ll continue to pursue letter writing, phone calling, and peaceful assembly and demonstrations — but at the same time I’m making sure that my guns shoot true and that I have plenty of ammo — so if it comes to it in this nation (when all other options have failed), I’ll be able to exercise my Constitutional authority to remove my government BY FORCE and replace them!
When our federal criminal government is strung up from lampposts nationwide - paying for their crimes against America and the world - that will be a good day indeed!

First of all, Thank you so much for your service. I mean that sincerely. I am worried. I was compelled to write this article expressly because I am so worried. But deep down inside, my faith in the Citizens of the United States of America tell me that they will stand up, speak up and demand change in time to turn this around. I really do believe that they are just uninformed. That is why I am working so hard to get this information out there in the public so it can start to circulate. We might be complacent because we have had it pretty good for a while. We might not be able to see that incrementally, things have gotten a little worse and a little worse. At the heart of this nation are decent, patriotic, intelligent people who just do not realize that they have a voice and they do not know how to use their voice. Those of us that are a little more ahead need to show them that they can make change and do not have to accept the status quo. I really believe in the citizens of this country and I do believe they will wake up and make a very loud roar until they are heard and headed. Remember this past summer, the roar over Comprehensive immigration reform? Remember that we yelled so long and so insistently that we shut the phone lines down on the Capitol? I felt so incredibly proud to be an American that day.
Our citizens just need a compass..a cheerleader…..some prayer….and some firm, honest straight talk. And they need more seasoned Americans like yourself to focus them.

Dear Anthony, I admire your quest for a good President but have concerns. Let me admit I am an immigrant from England although long naturalized. The first candidate I regarded highly and supported in his campaign was Senator Eugene McCarthy. He succeeded but was frustrated in the end by the cynical Kennedy machine. The next was the honorable Pat Buchanan. My current “lost hope” is Representative Ron Paul. The media has hardly mentioned him or his partial victories, the so-called debates often excluded him, and machine politicians acted dishonorably. I think of what happened to “Kingfish” Huey Long when he came close to unseating FDR and more recently to George Wallace. Basically I wonder if the Demo-Republican party machine will ever allow its monopoly of power to be broken. TFP

That was definitely an interesting read! When I was in Peru, from 1970-72, the Peruvians were calling themselves Americans then. I remember responding to the question “where are you from?” with “I’m an American”. The response I received was rather interesting: “so am I!” They went on to explain that people from the United States are so arrogant that they assume they are the only Americans. When in reality, all from the Western Hemisphere are Americans. It opened my eyes quite a bit. From then on, I responded that I was from the United States, or, when joking was appropriate, I said I was a gringo! I also found out where that term came from. During the (and here is an interesting name that we have given it) Spanish/American war, the U.S. soldiers’ uniforms were green. So what they were actually saying was “green, go”. You know, leave, get out of here. The Spanish, or Castilian, spelling is, of course, gringo. It is meant now to mean all North Americans.
It is rather interesting, also, that we always call the language Spanish, when many of the Latin American countries say they speak Castilian. The language of Spain is Castilian and was made so under the reign of King Ferdinand. The reason the Spanish people talk like they have a lisp, is because Ferdinand actually had one, and everyone had to speak like the King! Now, the rules of the language are that the “c” when followed by “e” or “I” and the “z” are pronounced very similar to a “th”. Anyone speaking proper Castilian Spanish, as it were, will use that pronunciation, as do virtually all from Spain. Of course, the Latin American pronunciations of the language have been changed very much like “the Queen’s English” pronunciation has been changed here in the United States, with various dialects, but all being able to understand one another.
I know how I feel about the use of the word “American”, but many of the points made in CJ’s article are downright scary, though common sense dictates that much what is stated is true. I also feel that there may be a bit of “scare tactics” going on as well. I hope I’m right, because if I am wrong, and everything is exactly as she states, then we are in trouble!

I am 57 years old. I remember, as a little boy, my father speaking of the Trilateral Commission. He claimed that this nation would not survive. He was laughed at and ridiculed. I am now following in his footsteps, but I am fortunate to have the Internet to spout my views and warnings.
What CJ speaks of here is essential to all of us to know, and understand. We cannot expect to survive as a nation if we do not stand up today. You fathers, and mothers should realize that you will leave a legacy for your children that will throw them into slavery.
Perhaps you do not recognize it, or even worse you don’t care, but it will happen. Your children will grow up in a world devoid of human nature, giving way to collectivism. There will be no free thought and this world will be cast into Feudalism once again.

One is defined as an American - by their complete adherence to the Constitutional basis of our “Lawful” system of government. “America” is of course a particular land mass - and one could easily contend that “The Americas” includes Canada and all of the South “American” nations.
However - the “Sovereign State” to which CJ refers in her comments - is that “citizenry’ that shares the “Oath of Office or Affirmation” to “protect and defend the Constitution of the United States - from all enemies - Foreign and Domestic”. “WE the People” are the genesis of our Lawfully established Constitutional Republic and we draw upon both the Constitution and the “Higher and Prior” Law of our Declaration of Independence - as the single source of our authority to assert our unique “Republican” system of government. This committment to our Constitution - which defines us as “Americans” in the legal sense - is NOT shared by any other citizen of North or South “America”. A “Canadian” or “Mexican” is barred from calling upon our Constitution as the source of any authority for any of their actions in their own nation’s courts of law - whereas - a citizen or official of the US is “bound” to do ONLY that when showing the “provenance” of any action they would project as being duly “lawful”. In the now famous case of Norton vs Shelby in 1886 - the Supreme Court of these United States ruled just that and here I will quote Dr Edwin Vieira’s remarks on this point,
“The government of the United States is that set of actions by public officials that are consistent with the Constitution. Outside of its constitutional powers, the government of the United States has no legitimacy. It has no authority; and, it really even has no existence. It is what lawyers call a legal fiction. I give you the famous case Norton v. Shelby County, when they were thinking straight about these issues: 1886. The Court said: “An unconstitutional act is not a law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties. It is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.” And that applies to any governmental action outside of the Constitution.”
The “government” agents or officers are so bound - because “WE the People” the people responsible for “instituting” this government in the first place - remain ourselves - so bound by the conclusions of the Supremem Court in this case. They were merely stating the obvious.
So - in the absolute sense - ONLY THOSE who are duty bound to uphold the Constitution of these United States - and protect and defend it - with their last dying breath - are in fact “AMERICANS” in the context of CJ Scotts resounding call to attention in this article.
Were the Constitution NOT so signficant and such a powerful road block in the plans of the International Monopolist (Communists)- they would never have taken such careful and laborious measures to slowly destroy our understanding and reliance upon it.
WE the People of THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - set ourselves apart from the “internationalists” from the day the original signers of the Declaration of Independence put the ink on the paper. Our nation has been a “target” of this parasitic and power hungry segment of the world ever since.

Those born under Freedom’s Flag must always remember Freedom is the result of Capitalism. Though social programs are needed in all societies, they are paid for by creation of wealth and taxation of that wealth. Communism and Socialism is the expenditure of wealth created under Capitalism. Thus, if you draw any kind of government pay check, know where it comes from! It is not a right but a privilege to serve the people. Higher taxes do not create the wealth to pay income checks; they come from a healthy GNP. Raising taxes in a bad economy is the road to bankrupting an economy and a nation.
