On May 15, 2008, many in the renegade U.S. Senate made a strategic decision to stick their finger into the eyes of American citizens… with a vengeance.

In their desperation to make another push towards erasing the USA’s sovereign borders and to create a massive, socialist, demographic shift in population through the use of unabated free migration, they’ve attempted to ram another AMNESTY bill down our throats by slipping an amendment into the Iraq Supplemental bill. A cynical maneuver conceived to put those who support our troops between a rock and a hard place, disrespectful Senators are not beneath denigrating and demoralizing our troops on the ground in Iraq by adding an un-American, unrelated amendment to a war funding bill.

Senator Larry Craig (R-Idaho) disgraced us when arrested in a Minneapolis airport men’s room for playing footsie with an undercover officer investigating complaints about sexual activity. He refused to step down, having twice promised to do so, despite the demands of Idahoans. Obviously, his debt is not yet paid-in-full to the big Ag lobby in Idaho who own him.

Senator Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.), a member of the Transatlantic Policy Network (TPN), is working diligently at harmonizing our trade regulations with the European Union (EU). TPN is a group of politicians and representatives of the multi-national business community who are not doing the business of the American people, yet wield great influence over U.S. legislation.

Let’s be perfectly clear: U.S. officials, when elected to office, have two, precise responsibilities:

1. Swearing to uphold and protect the U.S. Constitution
2. Representing and upholding the ‘will of the United States citizens’

What they are not allowed to do is represent foreign governments, foreign entities, multi national corporations, potentates, dictators and multi national bodies such as the Organization of American States (a UN strong arm, representing the ‘Americas hemisphere’) or the completely corrupt United Nations! Yet, we find ourselves facing down both Houses of the U.S. Congress, riddled with men and women whose hunger for power and money have reached such inconceivable heights that their traitorous disregard of the ‘will of the people’ is no longer shrouded. The United States Congress is actively involved in legislating around our Constitution!

Do they believe that the citizens of the USA are stupid, weak willed sheep? Perhaps.
Do they think that we are weary of the fight for our sovereignty? Probably.
Are they under the impression they can bully and beat us down, by virtue of ignoring ‘we the people,’ into accepting what we know, without doubt, would destroy our sovereign nation? Definitely.
Are they under the wrong impression about the American people? You bet!

We’re being hit on every front with this latest AMNESTY fiasco. Out of sheer arrogance, rogue Senators believe they have covered all the bases but their transparent excuses are now bordering on the ridiculous. We are in “declared goat herder and fruit rot emergencies!” But that’s only the beginning of their contrived circumstances, a fabricated attempt to manipulate Americans into swallowing another AMNESTY bill. Besides shepherds and agricultural workers, we are told we must open the door for an even greater increase in low-killed, high-killed and seasonal workers. Americans need not apply! The amnesties and guest worker visa increases included in their newest attempt at backstabbing American workers are as follows (From http://www.numbersusa.com)

• Grant a three-year work visa followed by a permanent green card to all illegal aliens who have been working as shepherds, goat herders and dairy herders.
• Grant a five-year work visa to the estimated 1.3 million illegal aliens working in other agricultural jobs — plus all of their families. There is no instruction on what happens after the five years.
• Grant a tripling of the maximum number of H-2B visas for lower skill, non-agricultural seasonal workers.
• Grant industries an extra 218,000 additional permanent green cards for skilled foreign workers.

Author’s Note: Visa overstays make up nearly half of the Illegal Alien population. A Visa Exit System has already been mandated by Congress, yet such a plan remains every bit as elusive as finding a truth teller in Washington. In addition, the ‘anchor baby, birthright citizenship’ issue has still not been addressed. Therefore, the millions of children born on U.S. Soil to this group of ‘aliens’ would be eligible for and greatly increase the numbers that would be placed on social services, medical care, education and welfare…all at taxpayer expense. The numbers would be staggering! Clearly we can now understand the reasoning for Congress’ determination in pushing multiple legislative actions for ‘the children’ as mandated by the UN, their international organs and domestic operatives such as La Raza and MALDEF. While Congress is hell bent on granting AMNESTY and importing large numbers of foreign workers and their extended families, Americans continue to lose jobs at every pay level. The Department of Labor’s 4/08 report on US job loss tells the tale! Three straight months of job losses, the longest period of decline since 2003 while unemployment jumps 5.1%, a nearly 3 year high.

An explosive report, “The Fiscal Impact of Immigration: An Analysis of the Costs to 15 Federal Departments and Agencies,” by Edwin S. Rubenstein, shatters the never ending falsehoods spouted by Congress of our need for an AMNESTY bill. The unceasing rants concerning the costs of the Iraq war are nothing more than a diversion from the true drain on American citizens. The Iraq war costs are a drop in the bucket compared to the outrageous cost of immigration {both legal and illegal} to U.S. taxpayers. The report found that U.S. immigration policies cost the government’s 15 major departments {our tax $$$s} a startling $346 billion in fiscal year 2007.

One example given by Rubenstein is mind boggling:

“Immigration has a profound impact on education,” Rubenstein said. “Immigrant children are poorer than native-born children, and their numbers have increased far faster. At least 19 percent of all K-12 enrollments are the result of immigration. In excess of 9.2 million are immigrants or the children of immigrants. Because of their lack of language abilities, they take 25 percent of funding. Out of $499.1 billion in the 2005 school year, $125 billion was spent on foreign born children.” We now understand why our taxes are rising at unprecedented rates although our educational standards and expectations of our children fall year after year, no matter how much money we foolishly throw at the problem. Are we expected to educate the entire 3rd world, at our expense, in order to be in compliance with the demands of the United Nations and George Soros’ Open Society Institute?

Investor’s Business Daily highlighted the complicity of Congress to hide the truth from American citizens in their article, 4/4/08, The Real Cost of Immigration:

“Rubenstein’s groundbreaking study, of which the facts above offer only a taste, suggests that Washington doesn’t want to take a good look at the issue because the facts will spur the public to demand action to stop the hemorrhage of taxpayer money out-of-control immigration is causing.”

In light of this ongoing disaster, the Senate knuckleheads demand Americans shut up and take another AMNESTY hit, one which will drastically harm our future in every conceivable aspect of our society!

The most egregious of the Senate’s actions is the astonishing insult to our courageous men and women in uniform. Time and again, the greed of the U.S. Congress holds our Boots on the Ground hostage. Not only do corrupt U.S. leaders expect our combat military to sacrifice life, limb and family, they continue to use them as political pawns in their lust for more power while shredding the U.S. Constitution to which our bravest have given their ‘Oath,’ and indeed, their lives. It is difficult enough for our military to readjust once home from the battlefield. But to find themselves on U.S. soil with fewer job opportunities is immoral. The Senate faux elites should hang their heads in shame for the indecent way in which they are treating American citizens, and in particular, our troops.

Our representative lawmakers – in name only - have evidently brainwashed themselves into believing that the United States of America is a democracy and are determined to create the very thing – the democracy – that our Founders rejected. The Founders painstakingly worked to create the only REPRESENTATIVE REPUBLIC in the world, knowing it gave us the highest degree of protection from having our Liberties and Freedom usurped by the greed of future leaders. Never has a democracy survived as it automatically degenerates into mob rule, followed by dictatorships. We can plainly see, through the Senate actions, that mob rule is descending upon us within our own U.S. Congress.

This latest Senate AMNESTY action is undeniable proof that these elected officials are no longer representing the will of the American citizens, who, by a healthy 75%, repeatedly rejected AMNESTY by any name. Clearly, this is proof that our leaders are openly and diligently representing multiple non-American mobs that have a stranglehold on Congress.

The Senate, for the most part, is a corrupt body, often relying on nepotism and the buddy system to carry through on their personal and professional goals. We see them recycled year after year in cabinet positions, working groups, lobbies, the United Nations, NGO’s and think tanks. Many of our current Senators have been around so long that they’ve become permanent decorations in the halls of Congress. Some cling so tenaciously to their coveted Senate seats, they have to be pried out with a jack hammer. Both sides of the aisle are complicit.

Considering these lawmakers refuse to support the Rule of Law, it’s time to confiscate their passports, put them on buses and ship them south of the border to the welcoming arms of their true constituents. Their multi-millions of $$$s in assets and wealth should be seized and re-distributed to American tax payers who have been forced to support the millions of Illegal Aliens and their extended families for the past several decades.
